Age Requirements
All participants must be 13 years of age and older. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the tour. All riders may be asked to present proof of age.
Weight Constraints
Guests must weigh at least 100 lbs and not in excess of 250 lbs.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled Tour Begins.
Cancellation
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours (or more) in advance of your scheduled departure. Cancellations are handled by phone at 312-479-2818. All tours cancelled less than 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. All tours canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We do offer rescheduling options. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation, or do not show up to your scheduled tour, there is a 100% charge, with no rescheduling option.
Rain Checks
Your safety is our priority, and we will never force you to ride in unsafe weather conditions. Our Rain Check policy will allow you to reschedule your tour to a future date or to transfer your tour to another person. There are no cancellations, no refunds, only rescheduled tours provided.
Other Conditions
It is clients responsibility to bring attention to Signature Segway Tours any health conditions before services are rendered. A segway may not be operated if you have conditions which may cause you to feel dizzy, disoriented, faint, have motion sickness or seizures. For safety reasons, women who suspect they are pregnant or are pregnant are not allowed to ride on a segway tour. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted on a Segway Tour.
All sales are final, taxes are not included.
